ATTENTION BUYERS! If you are looking to purchase a home, here are a few things you should know. First, when you buy real estate, you don't normally have to pay Realtor fees. In Colorado, Buyers Agents are usually paid by the Seller, so there is no reason not to have professional representation, even when buying from a Builder. On this site, you can search the MLS for free as much as you want. If you sign up for your own HOME CARD you can also get automatic e-mail alerts when a home comes on the market that fits your criteria, or when a property you bookmark has a price reduction or goes under contract, etc. A Home Card will also allow you to save your information so you don't have to enter it every time you search. You will NOT be required to give a phone number when you sign up! I try to make this process as easy as possible with no pressure.
